Your tracking number arrives the moment your label is created. If you don't see updates after 72 hours, email us at yufitstrength@gmail.com and we'll chase it down.
If your tracking shows delivered but your package is missing, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date and we'll work with the carrier to make it right.
